In my work as a Clinical Psychologist, I value building an authentic therapeutic relationship where people feel safe to explore parts of their inner world in a non-judgemental and empathic space.
I aim to work from a collaborative, person-centred approach, to help people develop a deeper understanding of themselves and underlying patterns that may be causing emotional suffering. I'm most passionate about working with my clients to achieve emotional wellbeing, with the aim of lasting change.
Further, I am a Board-Approved Supervisor, and provide clinical supervision for provisional psychologists, general psychologists and clinical psychology registrars working towards practice endorsement.
I have experience working with adults and young people experiencing a range of emotional difficulties across both public and private settings, including:
anxiety (generalised anxiety, social anxiety and panic attacks)
depression and mood difficulties
interpersonal and relationship difficulties
self-attack and low self-esteem
trauma and adjustment
intergenerational trauma
grief and loss
