Individual Therapy

Standard individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes in duration. Sessions are offered both in-person in Brunswick East or via Telehealth.  

While you do not need a GP referral to engage in sessions, a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) may help with the associated fees. Medicare MHCPs can be arranged through your GP, offering a rebate of $149.05 per session, equating to an out-of-pocket fee of $115 per session. Medicare allows for up to 10 rebated sessions per calendar year. 

Alternatively, you may be able to claim for sessions via private health insurance if included in your cover. 

Supervision

I'm also a board-approved supervisor and I provide clinical supervision for provisional psychologists, general psychologists and clinical psychology registrars working towards practice endorsement.
